Who can purchase the equipment?

The first opportunity for purchase is reserved for:

• The active internal staff of Proximus SA
• The active internal staff of the affiliates based in the Proximus Towers: Pxs Ada, Doktr, BICS, ConnectImmo
• The active internal staff of the affiliates in Evere: Pxs ICT, PmH

What kinds of equipment can I purchase?

We are talking about around 10,000 pieces of office furniture and accessories: cabinets, desks, chairs, seats, chests of drawers, coat racks and lamps. All material is offered at a market-based second-hand price. You can consult the list here.

You can purchase a total of 5 pieces of furniture, in most cases 1 piece per type to give as many interested parties as possible the opportunity to make a purchase.

Exceptionally, for certain types of furniture you will be able to buy more than one piece, such as bar stools, table chairs, chairs, lockers, drawer units and cupboards.

For practical reasons, you can only make 1 purchase of maximum 5 pieces in total.

The equipment will be offered via the webshop of the external partner 'Opruimen.net', which will take care of sales and delivery from start to finish. As the Towers will be systematically cleared, the equipment will be released in lots. This will determine the moment when the furniture you have purchased becomes available for collection.

Should a reserved piece subsequently prove out of stock, the staff member will be notified and payment will be refunded.

Does Proximus intervene financially via Vaigo for certain items that I will use to work from home?

When can I purchase it?

You can already consult the equipment offered for sale in the list.
From Saturday 3 June 10.00 am to Sunday 2 July 8 am, you can purchase the furniture on offer from the external partner online on a first-come first-served.

Website is online on Saturday June 3 th till Sunday July 2 nd.

How can I buy the material?

Via the external supplier's 'PXS furniture webshop', which will be available from 3 June.

At what price and how can I pay?

All equipment will be offered at a a very interesting second-hand price.
What you buy you have to pay for in advance in the webshop. After the purchase, you will receive an invoice which should be presented as confirmation upon collection of the purchased furniture pieces.

Where can I turn to for questions?

From 3 June, you can contact the external partner in case of questions. At the launch of the sale, the e-mail address and phone number of this helpdesk will be communicated, as well as the hours when this service is available.

Is there an after-sale service? 

No, there is no after-sales service. You will receive the equipment in the condition it is in. There is no guarantee.

When can I pick up the materials I bought?

After your payment you receice an invoice also an e-mail with dates that you can collect the furniture you bought. As the Towers will be systematically cleared, the equipment will be released in lots. This will determine the moment when the furniture you have purchased becomes available for collection

As the Towers will be systematically cleared, the equipment will be released in lots. As buyer you can wait for the collection of your goods untill they are available.

Can I have the material delivered to my home?

Home delivery by the external partner is not possible. You must collect the purchased material yourself.
